[papercreters] Re: Papercrete as growing medium

I don't know how to mold-proof anything for the long term, but in the short term (a year or less) a mildewcide (like those in Kilz or Zinsser paints) might do the trick. Longer term I have seen mold occur on almost any surface that gets wet and dark. It's not the cheapest in the world, but Timbor does an awesome job on things that are not going to get soaked repeatedly (it will leach slowly).
