[papercreters] Can and Papercrete Planter Album

I was quite intrigued by this planter. Obviously the strength of the papercrete is whats supporting the 180 lb son who is standing on it. Laying the cans sideways is not the strongest angle for a can.
Has anyone else tried this process? Does anyone know the author and could they ask them if the edge of the planter has held up over time.
IF one wanted to use cans as an additive, you could add them to the regular adobe block style forms. If they were turned vertical they might make blocks more like cement blocks. These blocks might even be lighter then conventional papercrete blocks, strength is open to question. If anyone is still making blocks could you try one for the group?
