Is there any reason to use cement in an sip? The foam ones rely on the
skin , the OSB , for strength. It seems the only thing you would need
to add is perhaps a bit of clay and some borax for fire retardant.
I am just guessing but from all I have heard about papercrete it will
never be a mainstream product until a way is developed to dry it with
less shrinkage.
My 2 cents would be to build a form with drain holes and then press
the majority of the water out. Let it dry and then use a device like
they use to level wet cellulose insulation between studs. Leave it a
little proud and then shave it to uniform size.
