Hrm. Off the top of my head the only uncommon one I can think of is
moisture levels. You want to make sure this stuff is dry before you
seal it up in any way. If you are going for load bearing they will
make sure you get the proper stress testing I am sure. Don't skimp on
the portland, and if you can afford it add in the latex or Borax as I
think it will be of great benefit long term. and most of all, Good Luck!
