I have tried shedding my own paper but that is far to slow, also
takes about as long as large riped ups to process in mixer. Great
idea about the other sources of preshredded paper as that would
remove need to shred myself.

Tried this as well (detached the waste pipe in the kitchen and tried
that way. awesome pulp but very time intensive again. I think I
will just stop procrastinating and make a tow mixer. Am quiet keen
to work towards making a real house (hubby warming to the idea) so it
will get some use as i "Play"
