I was researching compost tumblers to build, and found a great idea at

Since it has drilled holes and further down in the suggestions a
person added "mixer bars attached inside" - I thought of papercrete
potential too.
It wouldn't be of size for large projects, but smaller amounts...
maybe. Redesigning load / unload would be possible, I think, and could
be another way of mixing things up. I don't think it would shred
unless sharp blades and a motor were attached, if this is a factor.
Even dual-duty, composting, cleaned for papercrete round, composting...
The design of the thing is what interested me.
