Well we made 2 bricks on sunday with the press no gage for pressure
readings, will put it on this week.Works great for being all made from
scrap, lol.Has a few issues like a stronger frame is needed, the 13 hp is
to little power so we have a 24hp that we will put on to the new
frame. The water comes out mostly clear with very little sludge on the
floor,i was amazed.Have 2 meetings this week with city engeneer and the
Center for Research and Innovation,Grand Prairie has the most pattens
and inovative research in all of Canada so i dont think credibility for
the building codes will be an issue.Ernie,if you have any input please
let me know if you want any other tests am going for load bering walls
and enviromental as to any leaching into soil, contamination. The next
blocks will have latex paint in them just to see how it will water
proof, will have enviro test done on them aswell.

Clair I was wondering  what are the measurements of your 2 blocks? Also how much does you press compact the papercrete? ...........i.e. If you want a finished of say 12x12x6, how much do you over fill the press to come out with that size....would it be as much as 12x12x12 or 12x12x10 or 12x12x8?

Thanks Bob

BTW: Good luck on the press, looks like you guys are going to "GET-R-DUN"
