it doesn't look like they use this product in residential at least they aren't
advertising residential application

I just posted this under another topic... I have built several recording
studios, I may be able to give you some free advice.

This is the 'paper' used by Mason Greenstar:

Because it's already shredded; it can be used in almost any cement or
mortar mixer. Another big plus is the paper is treated with Borax to
prevent fire, mold, bacteria, and bugs. I've used it as a spayed
insulation/ soundproofing for a TV studio in Honolulu. It is also used
in large high rise buildings mixed with cement and spayed on the steel
beams as fire protection so the beams won't bend in the heat of a fire.
(They used something else in the World Trade Center.)
