The "forms" are:

- welded 3/8" rebar
- 6" x 6" x 10 gauge welded wire mesh
- 1.75lb expanded metal lath

The mix is:

- 60# paper
- 30# sand
- 15# portland
- 5# lime

I am using 50% more water than usual to help the pump move the mix.
