Good advice. The thing to remember too, about "free" things, is they seldom
are actually free.

Charmaine is dead on... Make sure it's even WORTH having, before you take it.
Sometimes it comes down to walking away if it's no good & the guy is just
trying to foist his problem onto someone else's shoulders.

It's not cheap to tear down a house... Nor is it cheap to move it. If it
seems one sided & a bad deal, TRUST your instincts!
