[papercreters] Re: Impeller pump mixer?

what do you think of a 4" trash pump recirculating mix with the paper coming in from a industrial tree / brush shredder first?

I have often wondered how paper and phonebooks would go through a tree / leaf shredder, the kind towed behind a truck, then to use that as the starting basis for papercrete?
