The plastic is smooth and will not stick well in your mix. It can  
easily be torn out after the papercrete has dried.
I would recommend saving those plastic bottles for cement mortars. You  
can slice the plastic into very thin strips 1/16 of a inch or less and  
use them as a cheap form of ECC fibers to reduce cracking in your  
cement mortars.
