Well, the minimum is 0, but I would not recommend that. Shredded paper
is great as insulation, but fire would be a great danger in a climate
that dry. If I was attaching this to a living structure I would
consider the fire proofing aspects VERY seriously before trying this.
There is alot of coverage of these issues in our archives, just search
and read.

Check the archives, again. There have been active discussions of this
topic and the related issues and concerns.

wire)?

Not sure your exact question here. More cement will harden the board.
Fly ash and sand will as well. If you mean improve the shear strength,
look for topics on that, I believe folks have used bamboo, salt cedar,
rebar, and other materials for that purpose.

Doubtful. I mean, with enough determination and strength, perhaps, but
it would be exhausting work. I would look seriously at some of the
drywall helper kits out there, it might be you could adapt those ideas
to help you hang the panels.

Very doubtful.

Yes. Take a read through the archives. I would look at some of Mikey's
stuff on insulating containers and the converted trailer in WV.

rain max- draught for 3 yrs now) or is it even necessary?

I would say a very high lime / cement content stucco would be
imperative for fire and insect reasons.

Sounds nummy.
