The Gold dome is 8 foot- the blue dome is 12 foot -the unfinished dome
is 18 feet - truly the difficulty level rises with the size of the
dome- you would need a massive thickness for a 50 foot dome or if thin
shell an internal frame work like Mikey is doing - I would suggest
breaking up the span with a series of dome/arches or utilize geodesics
if you insist on open spanning the space--- In
