. At this point
I don't think of having a full house design plan, just a design
philosophy. I want to be free to adapt and incorporate what makes
sense for whatever site I land on.

That is exactly where I’m at. I have the land but I am both not ready to build yet nor do I know which of three possible locations the conservation authority will let me build on yet. Each site lends itself to a different plan.
