That is the whole purpose of this idea. Only with an extensive
cooperation we can develop better understanding about the efforts that
have been made and develop much faster better methods to do things
because we do not have to repeat the same trial and error that
allready has been done.
If you have the knowledge about the most effective way to disclose
this information, please educate me on this. One element in making
information available will be the use of indexing and therefor it
would be usefull if we could set up a pc glossery.
