I am not familiar with blocktite, but you do have many options for
waterproofing a done.
In the Ferrocement world you would use a 1/2 inch mortar of 2 parts
sand and 1 part portland. Which could be sprayed with appropriate
additives. I am going this route for my first some.
I have found elastomeric roofing sealers or prickly pear slime to be
excellent sealers for papercrete structures.
