RE: [papercreters] Billboard Tarps - was: eco- reycyled materials

I got mine from a guy who had bought about 1000 from a company that owns several billboards around San Antonio.  They’d been stored in this company’s shop for a long time.  He said the billboard company doesn’t try to recycle them other than selling them because their customers pay a print shop to make the sign then when the lease runs out on the billboard the customer typically abandons the sign.  A place that makes the signs might be another source for the tarps too.
