[papercreters] "Where is it?"

It's time to play everyone's favorite game show. "WHERE IS IT?
Papercrete Edition."
I'm your host, SmileyAnnoyingGuy. Don Pardo, tell them the rules!

"Thank you Smiley. The first person to respond to our question wins a
big thanks and a pat on the back! What do you expect? This is a very
low budget game show! We don't have expensive gifts. You didn't even
have to buy a ticket to be in our audience or contestant pool."

Thanks Don! Get a new toupe, will ya?
Today's questions are about a visual clue that has been floating around
on the web for a couple of years.

Here's the same page as a tiny clickable url:
http://tinyurl.com/32qn8w

At the bottom of the page there are links to click to go to the next
page of pictures. (total of 4 pages)

Anyone recognize it? Do you know where it is located? Who owns the
buildings?

Thanks for playing.
Maybe we will play again, unless the show gets cancelled after the
first day. (Highly likely. We have zero sponsors.)
