The state of Indiana, where I am at, uses the Uniform Building code as a standard.
Question, where can I find the UBC book at?
I did a websearch but i am having no luck.
All I need is a point in the right direction.

If you are going with small papercrete domes, you might want to look at http://starship-enterprises.net/paperdome/ for an example of a quick easy 16.7' diameter 3v dome, with about 216 square feet of floor space. The one pictured stood up a couple of years of intense thunderstorms before the property was sold. The new owner didn't want the dome, so it was disassembled and moved back to my property before the closing. It is going back up as a spare room next to my large dome.
We're having a cold spell right now. It never got above 90 yesterday : )
