It is really a 16' wide gate with a 14' curved wing on one side and a 11' curved wing on the other. The wings are just for looks to connect to the papercrete fence.

I've given up on making PC blocks and slabs. I've resorted to  
ferrocement rebar armatures for my structures and coating them in PC.  
If insulation is needed I will pump it into the FC armature. Right now
