[papercreters] Strong Mortar

This is addressed to Clyde as I trying to get  my peanut butter brain wraped aroung your version;
When laying up the blocks you use a standard mason rich mortar mix, sand, cement and lime 3/2/1 (three parts sand, two parts cement one part lime). The mortar is 1-2 inches thick or thinner?
Do you do anything different in the corners? Double at the corners?
Do you soldier the bond beam or stay with a running bond?
I think I understand how you go about this. The mortar carries the weight of the roof using the papercrete as a stiffener for the mortar?

Got a little couch potato?
