I have checked again what Clyde said.

"The brick will be ( by volume) half mortar half paper"

and

"portland is one cubic foot, so add three cubic foot of aggregate ( sand, perlite,glass etc"

So from that in volume

1 part cement
3 parts aggregate

and since that is half of the finished brich, add

4 parts paper.

I have made two mixtures this morning, and will compare them in a few weeks:

1C 3A 4P
and
2C 1A 3P

I will let you know how it turns out.
