[papercreters] blender design for PC? Kitchencrete

Hi Bob-  the Germans do cool designs on everything from spray bottles to paring knives ( two things I bought when in Germany- the tiny throat spray bottle design with  pop up sprayer and cap is so perfect I have kept it for 15 years)

the  blender design-- you mean to make one for PC  ? yes?

remember the best designs as mentioned by the inventors is  calling the PC  pulp and mixer  an "industrial blender"

and Mike McCain's "Sissor blade" mixer design is whirling chopper blades and fixed blades- mounted at the lower  1/3 of the drum- that really pulp fast.    much faster than any lawnmower blade

when I started making PC  pulp I used my  blender and called my mixes "Kitchencrete" -- but added no sand or cement, just to pulp the paper...  I also used  small food processors like the Oskar and others, and burnt them all out too.  but the idea is the same.

what slays me is the design for a cheap easy to build perfect mixer is already INVENTED-- it is in the   pill making industry the food industry, etc and just needs modification.  a friend even bought a food drum mixer- it sits on its side, just a 3/4 drum with open  top, with blades, called a "creamed corn mixer" as a trial.. too slow to chop but the mixing was great

the   curving of those  individual edges  on your food blender may be the key to some prime pulping... keep us posted if you make a large one!
