It can be downloaded for free.
This is what we use for our Code Team chats.
Do not get confused by Yahoo Web Messenger which is a Yahoo Chat utility that runs on a web page. This WILL NOT WORK FOR CODE TEAM CHATS.
It does NOT support group chats.
