[papercreters] Re: Wood Chipper for papercrete

The size of the chipper...you've perhaps seen larger tree-clearing companies with a big "trash truck" setup with a chipper tow-behind set to blow the resulting chips directly into the truck? that's the one. It's the size of a small car.

On the "use of gas or diesel" question, perhaps. My view on this is, though, once paper is chipped, it should take less "mixing" to get it to the right consistence, since a large part of the driving around process seems to be to chop the paper. And with the quantity I envision, that's a huge deal. I can do 6 tons of paper (the amount I estimate I'll need) in an afternoon, have it ready to measure & load into the tow-behind mixer, and go from there. In the long run I believe I'll be ahead on both time and carbon footprint.
