I don't consider it a problem because of my application, but I have mold on a large portion of my PC. It is there for (I believe) 4 primary reasons:
1. Constant ground contact (it is being used as a weed barrier under marble chips)
2. I live in Florida.
3. I added no Borax or Boron to the mixture (because of the ground contact and potential for leaching).
4. It is a relatively light on portland mix, around 25-30% with little to no aggregates.
That said, a piece that I had sitting out in the side yard for several years never showed any signs of mold. It was not in ground contact and could dry between rains and had exposure to sunlight.
