Hi Judith,
Welcome to the group.
A trash rated pump works well for papercrete, or a peristaltic if you can find/afford one. A simple mixer is a power spray washer. That and a plastic drum or bucket, and you're in business. The tow mixers are simple enough and if you are a good scrounger you can put one together fairly cheaply.
If you are in N. NM you might think about making it to Judith's PC Gathering this weekend, see below. Especially if you are willing to "work harder than you ever saw anyone work". Not a workshop per se, but work will happen : )
Too bad you are so far away, I have ongoing pc projects and could use some help in west Texas, just east of El Paso.

Dear Friends: I'm new to papercrete but not building. The past 3 years we've been building a 750 sq. ft. adobe house in northern NM. It's off the grid, out of this world and almost done.Sort of, but you know how that goes. We're thinking of making our patio wall 5' high out of papercrete. Any info on pumps and pumping the slurry into forms would be sooooo apprecitated. We have a lot of ground to cover- We also need step by step details of how to build a SIMPLE mixer. We are a two women band doing everything ourselves. I'm proud of us and looking forward to making contacts here. Nope, i don't want to spend $50 for a papercreteing how to book, $30 for a dvd, or $300 for a workshop. I will however be willing to work harder than you ever saw anyone work if you live in NM and need a few days of building help. Judith of NM-
