Re: [papercreters] Re: Phone Interview with Greenhouse papercrete guy!!

I know.. .that would be a great idea. but tell you what recently we discoverd wa have something like 5 people on this list all local here in SLO county.  Maybe we should just all get together for lunch or dinner sometime.. see how things click.  I'll volunteer your place because mine is just way too small.  <ducking> :)  Oh, well, we could all just meet for dinner at a restaraunt.  Some place green, healthy, with a menu open to meatitarians and vegas alike... Oh heck, this is the central coast, there's tons of that everywhere.  What about the Oasis?  Ever been there? It's in downtown SLO on Higuera.  Morrocan restaraunt.  The restaraunteur is mister happy go lucky and they have the absolute best food and arabic tea. yummm!

Part of me was thinking about pooling funds with some other people to buy one of those California Valley lots, erect a papercrete home on the weekends, and then sell it so we could take what little profits there might be and either do it again or each of us walk away with more funds to do it again all by ourselves.  Wouldn't that be fun?

Perry, are trying to get a "Waytogo" point? Only joking :), I concur with what you said, this is a great group. In fact I had a thought just yesterday (mercy) that it would be very fun if we could have a sort of convention/gathering/party with the people on this list. Silly idea but there it is. Ev

After all the stimu-manipu-lations with our economy, a "Waytogo" point is certainly worth more than a USA dollar.  Sorry to be snide..

Back to being serious now, I am honored to participate in a forum where people are looking out for each other and eager to share information so freely.  I think this is my favorite group on Yahoo groups.

Excellent Charmaine.

I look forward to reading your write-up. Thanks for going the extra mile.

I officially award Charmaine the very first 10 Papercreters "Waytogo" points. After she posts her writeup, I'll award more of them.

What's a "Waytogo" point?

I don't know, I just invented them seconds ago. I'm pretty sure they have no negotiable cash value.
