The subject of Papercreters getting together face-to-face has come up again. I endorse the philosophy. I see a wide variety of possibilities. For anyone that is SERIOUS about traveling to such an event, what are each of you interested in?

1. On a scale of 1 to 10, how serious are you about attending a gathering?
1=(No interest)
10=(I'm already in my car and have withdrawn a wallet full of money to spend on expenses. Just tell me where I should book my airline flight!)
2. Local/Regional Gathering?
3. Big National Convention?
4. Hands On "Work Day" where Papercreters gather to assist someone building a structure?
5. Seminars, Classes, Slide Shows, Demonstrations, and such? If yes, who would you like to see as presenters?
6. Social Gathering where Papercreters gather for a meal and exchange stories and humor?
7. How far would you be willing to travel?
8. Do you want a "Full Service" gathering where Hotel and Meals are provided? Would you rather find your own place to stay and fend for yourself for meals?
9. Would you like to see presentations from Professional/Commercial Vendors?
10. How long would like the event to last?
11. What other ideas do you have that you would like to be considered?
