My first concern would be that papercrete holds a lot of water and will thoroughly wet whatever it touches. Assuming that you already know you would have to have a pretty strong frame holding that cardboard, and spans short enough to support the weight of the papercrete while wet -
Sprayed papercrete seems to stick very well to just about anything from glass to metal buildings. You can spray with a $30 mud sprayer like the drywall folks use, or you can build your own like the one here, which has sprayed many tons of papercrete.
