I get it from a company that works with top secret projects and they have to put it through a disintergrater shredder and it comes out almost a powder. I would look for any companies that get government contracts or government agency's. Once they put it through the disintergrater they throw the bags in the dumpster and that's what let me know they might be willing to give it away.
