When he wrote me he was talking about the motorized one for 25k.
Even a manual unit can do better than a block every 3 minutes. He did say 3 a minute but averaging that was unlikely unless you had a feeding system as well.
You are limited more by feeding it than anything else. If you look at what you can buy in the way of earth block machines you will see a manual press is much faster than 1 block per minute , let alone 3 min. .
