I experimented with using a papercrete version with clay and lime for a sculpting mix.
after mixing cross shredded paper, water, clay and lime I laid a window screen across half the drum and heaped wet PC and left to drain…
checking it over the hours, the longer it drained the more like modeling clay and easier to shape into non-brick objects.
Capturing the used water and reusing has been done, and may be more eco friendly by saving the water. The folks at Lost Valley community In OR used a trough for draining and let water run thru before pouring the wet mix into ground forms. I think Sean Sands and McCain caught the water and reused it too.
LOst Valley builders also laid old window glass, and slider doors over the wood forms for faster curing..in PacNW it is wet a lot and summers are short,. so we need the sun's help.
