I came across a great sale at Harbor Freight for a cement power trowel ($150.00). It's used to surface flat poured cement. Take a look at this link: http://www.harborfreight.com:80/65-hp-30-inch-power-trowel-93544.html
I think it could be put into service instead as a medium weight PC mixer if the blade was extended down a foot or so and the whole thing mounted on top of the stock water barrel they use for the tow mixer.
