Waytogos are twice as valuable as ataboys.
Ataboys are only awarded to males. Atagirls are only awarded to females. Waytogos are gender neutral, can be awarded to the entire population, and therefore have double the demand. Watogos are clearly the way to go.
I have no desire to shortchange Charmaine. I made sure to award her the best quality points.
