[papercreters] Mortar sprayer counter balance rig

See photos under "Tiro-YoYo". This is a counter balance rig worn by my friend to almost
completely eliminate strain on the back and shoulders when using the mortar sprayer. You'll
see from the photos that he's no spring chicken- white hair and white beard.
Mortarsprayer.com says the mortar sprayer should be used by young guys in training, but Bill
used it seven hours straight without difficulty. It's basically a back pack frame and straps
from a decent quality hiking rig with a piece of bent rebar attached to the frame which arcs
out over the user like a fishing pole and suspends the mortar sprayer from a simple rope
strap. Thought of the concept last night, built it on the job in under twenty minutes this
morning and it worked real fine. I made it because Bill had used the mortarsprayer for a few
hours on a previous day and it wore him out, having to hold that weight out away from his
body at the end of the wand-- a real back and shoulder work out for anyone, let alone
someone who's well into retirement like Bill.
