I'm thinking of putting my place on the market but wanted to offer it to friends and papercrete lovers first. I have a 1/12 acre lot at the tip of the mesa with a great view of the Pedernal and Chama River valley, 2 12 X 16 buildings with fireplaces, adobe floors and nice plaster, deeded access and possible well agreement.
