Ah, I didnt realise it wouldnt set. Thanks, that should save me a few mistakes. I'm very keen to find some sort of mix that doesnt slump, its basically necessary for what I'm doing. Perhaps I could try part draining the stuff before dropping it in the mould.
I will of course report the results, I'm just rushed off my feet with business right now.
