HI-
PAPERCRETE IS AN 'IDEA'.. I stand by that, so many other materials
added to cement can work.. not just paper..so if you want to learn,a
nd do it in other ways then keep exploring the internet.
the Solberg book is from 1999 when all activity was 'a hoppin' it
was a NEWSLETTER first- so the "book" is a compilation of the many
newsletter articles- and has a lot of good info. it gave many
experiences by people who were building, a block maker guy who was
planning a factory of sellable blocks to the public, the papercrete
office the author built, interviews with Inventors Eric Patterson,
Mike McCain, and Sean Sands and lots of photos in B&W.
there is a TON of info online now Youtube of course, plus just google
'papercrete' and see articles I wrote, and many websites will pop
up.
$35 is a lot for most people, and if you are good are reading and
finding info and experiemtning with out a lot of handholding you can
do it on your own.
Later this year I will had a new CD which wil have my own Papercrete
book, plus hundreds of pages of resoeuces links, websites,
experiemtns, other peoples formulas ( Like Agstone which is cement and
chopped shrubbery, sand) and very little paper, plus images, etc.
Para-crete is another mehtod which is cement, EPS dust ( styrofoam
scrap chopped tiny tiny) plus sand, paint, and additives to make an
insulated FIre resistant wall... so ther are other resources that
cover much the same info... her is a link to some articles and video
clips,
plus the Paracrete CD
