Looks like this maybe a in-filled building, looks like it is built on a
wood floor. I've had this same thought of building on a wood floor on
skids as portable buildings, if they are under 200 sq ft, most city's
don't even require a building permit. A 12'x16' could be built in place
with no permit, a 10'x20' could be hauled down the road without a
permit. Just thinking out loud!
