Yes, you are correct about those particular specials for those specific cities. The fares you mention don't expire until the end of October.
I should have been more specific. I was referring to SOME of their other special rates to/from most any other city Southwest flies to/from Albequerque. These fares won't be seen unless someone inputs a departure city and destination city on the Southwest website and searches for them.
