That works great as a mortar mixer, but I don't think it would pulp paper turning that slow. I like the way it adapts from a gate fill, to a hose fill. I'll bet it could be adapted to a tractor front-end loader real easy. Wouldn't it be great to have something like that to pulp paper, mix and dump any height!
