[papercreters] Re: Do i need a permit?

From what I have gathered is that Colorado is what is known as home rule so it basically falls down to the local level.  Our local level is going by the 2006 IBC standards.  So that is where the battle would lie.  I am thinking I would probally be most criticized in the deck area. here is what i am up against...
