Re: [papercreters] Do i need a permit?

I see no need to battle with your officials. If you go to them with
your plans for one of the four projects they will tell you what to do.
The worst scenario is that a engineer might need to stamp your plans
and a contractors license might need to be used to pull a permit. No
biggie.
