[papercreters] Re: Do i need a permit?

Ahhh....but I placed a feel-you-out call to the head of the Building
department. I basically said I was thinking of using "alternative
materials" and his response was that said "alternative mateirals" would
need to be tested by "whatever agency with that capacity". I am
wondering if by designing a project we could gleem some knowledge.\
