I am guessing you mean distance wise? If you are far out, we need to
know things like do you have water access? power access? Are you
planning on using a tow mixer, pressure washer or drill to pulp the
paper? These all have different preps.

Sure, use a mortar mix. Like:

They are about 2/3 - 3/4 mason's sand. Generally, this means you will
pay quite a bit more than if you mixed it yourself, though.
If you just mean with Lime mixed in, there is this:

Browse around their site, there are other mixes and many companies
besides them produce them.

Generally over night. This makes it easier to pulp. Less important
with some papers (newsprint) than with others (thick office stock,
cereal boxes, etc).

You can, but you will probably not be happy with the results. The
object of pulping the paper is to get the concrete to coat the
particles individually. If it is simply shredded you will not achieve
the kind of adhesion / coverage that gets you the strength.

I don't know the answer to this one. I would ask a couple questions,
though. Which is cheaper? Are you planning on spraying, harling,
applying by hand, etc?

Did my best. heh. I would say the biggest thing is start getting
together the equipment you are going to need now and mix some up so
you can figure out what is going to work best for you.
