I had about given up on finding one for under $500, but I did not have
the cash to drop or the immediate need, so I kept looking. I had eBay
email me weekly for local searches containing "mortar mixer", perused
all the classifieds, put a bug in the ear of my pawn shop friends, and
set up a search on one of the craigs list engines. I finally found one
about 2 hours away for $200 on craigslist. It needs work, probably a
carb rebuild (which I will have someone else do) and some misc body and
blade work that I am doing myself slowly.
