Yeah,
I started that discussion a few months back, cuz I was just sick of
yahoo's interface(s). I am a huge fan a forums, but it was thought
that our dial up members wouldn't like the "glam" and such of a
massive forum.
I polled the group way back then and found we are pretty half and half
when it comes to internet methods. I have since then seen some old
school BBS type forums that remind me of the commodore64 days. Perhaps
a mirror in that format would be awesome. Low graphics, zero adverts,
just the facts, to be easy on our 56k'ers out there in the sticks.
Whatevere we do, this yahoo.group, must stay and remain as the single
source for all i would think.
I too get the email batch, but sometimes jump here to see our member
count, pics, and stuff.
IDK just always wanting to "improve" things. Nice direction though
Daniel.
