[papercreters] Basalt for concrete reinforcement

Basalt for concrete reinforcement. A while back I posted something asking about the use of Basalt reinforcing for papercrete. I have had difficulty getting my hands on sample material. Mostly suppliers are interested in selling it by the pallet. I finally found a place that would sell me a sample package of their products. They have rebar, roving, mesh, fabric and matting. All made out of lave rock. It is supposed to be nearly as strong as carbon fiber, doesn't weigh as much a steel and it cannot rust.
Anyway I'm anxious to see what the stuff is like and want to experiment with it. Has anyone else tried using it in papercrete?
